Beer and Wine Maker

Beer and Wine Maker

Sitting in the dining room or on your porch, you drink a nice tasting beer or a wonderful glass of wine.  Have you ever wondered how it’s made?

Have you ever wondered if you can make it?

Well, I’ve tasted my share of homemade wines and beers.  Some of them were not worth the time it took to bottle them.  I would have rather drank pond scum out of the sewage.

But, there were others that nailed it.  They tasted great!  They were either smooth and chilled the way I like it.  Some of them had a different taste that I could appreciate.  It depended on the person who made them.

The right recipe works for beer and wine every bit as much as it works for Lasagna or Chicken Cordon Bleu.  You can mess it up pretty bad.  But, you can also make a masterpiece that you might want to bottle and start at the restaraunt down the street for your first taste of distribution.
